We are seeking a Domestic Abuse Partnership Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving collaborative efforts to support victims and survivors of domestic abuse and VAWG.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and administer partnership projects, particularly those addressing vulnerable groups and victims of domestic abuse/VAWG, such as MARAC (Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences).
- Facilitate and manage multi-agency meetings, including taking and distributing high-quality minutes, such as DV MARAC or similar case conferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across voluntary, statutory, community, and business sectors, ensuring effective partnership working.
- Lead multi-agency project management efforts, using diplomacy to address the needs and concerns of diverse organizations and individuals.
- Monitor, maintain, and interpret data while developing and maintaining efficient data recording systems.
- Maintain accurate records, compile statistics, and write correspondence to a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.
- Proven experience in coordinating and administering partnership projects, particularly those involving vulnerable groups and victims of domestic abuse/VAWG.
- Strong administrative skills, including experience in taking and managing case conference minutes.
- Substantial experience working with stakeholders from diverse sectors to achieve shared goals in the domestic abuse/VAWG field.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to reconcile competing interests effectively.
- High-level organizational and data management skills, including the ability to interpret and maintain accurate records and statistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse and VAWG.
