Project Support Administrator Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Location: Farringdon, City of London

Hybrid: 2 / 3 days in the office, the rest at home

A successful and leading management consultancy and recruitment practice in the public and not-for-profit sectors is looking for a Project Support Administrator to join their team based in Farringdon. The role will be to provide project and administrative support for projects, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery. Looking for an experienced Project Support Administrator able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely project delivery and providing strong administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project documentation, including timelines, budgets, risk logs, and meeting minutes, ensuring actions are followed up
  • Support project planning and scheduling, including booking meetings, arranging travel, and managing timelines
  • Work with the Research Manager, Bids and Tenders team, and accounts to track projects and provide performance analysis to Directors and Partners
  • Assist with formatting documents such as reports, proposals, and presentations, ensuring high-quality version control
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule activities in line with project timelines
  • Contribute to general administrative tasks and suggest process improvements

Experience required:

  • Degree level education or equivalent desirable
  • Previous Project Administration experience
  • Experience in analysing and summarising documents
  • Experience with Power Bi (or willingness/ability to learn)
  • Solid experience with MS Office applications, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to undertake and manage a range of projects simultaneously to achieve consistently high standards of delivery within deadlines and budgets
