bout the Role:As a Project Officer, you'll provide exemplary support to the FGC Lead and Lifelong Links Team Manager, ensuring efficient project administration and management. You'll handle tasks such as maintaining data, uploading plans, and coordinating project activities to meet deliverable targets. Your role will help enhance outcomes for children and young people in care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records, including Excel spreadsheets and data on Mosaic files.
  • Upload and manage Family Group Conference and Lifelong Links plans.
  • Develop and update genograms using Genopro and compile Journey Books.
  • Support steering groups, ensuring records are kept and actions are delivered.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Uphold anti-discriminatory practices and promote equality and diversity.

About You:To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Practical knowledge of project management practices.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience supporting projects at various stages, from planning to evaluation.
  • Proven ability to manage data, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
