**Hybrid Working****Outside IR35**Our client is currently underway with a host of new technology projects covering all facets of the organisation and is now looking to provide extra support to the inhouse transformation team by bringing onboard an experienced Project Support Officer.
The role will be key in helping to shape and deliver programmes that will improve the way they deliver services to their internal customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective lines of communication by meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
- Task and resource impact tracking
- Maintaining project records, monitoring information, spreadsheets, databases and IT systems to be able to produce appropriate outputs, e.g. reports.
- Research and data correlation
- Project reporting and administration support
- Tool and documentation support
Key Skills/Experience Required
- Understanding of project management governance and documentation processes, RAID etc
- Familiarity with PM tools e.g. Jira or Visio.
- Excellent IT skills in the MS Office suite
- Experience of working in fast paced technology driven PMO environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement ability (technical & non-technical)
