A leading Estate Agency located in the beautiful area of Maida Vale are recruiting for a Property Administrator to join their dynamic team. this position will play a pivotal role in the company providing support to a vibrant lettings and sales team. This position would suit an individual who has worked in an administrative support role within sales or lettings. This is a full-time office-based role, Monday-Friday 9am to 6am.Duties will include:* Administrative support to the sales and lettings team* Diary management, arranging viewings* Handling incoming calls and emails * Preparing tenancy agreements and sales memorandums * Liaising with tenants and prospective clients * Daily use of Veco and Reapit* Assisting with marketing You will be working in a friendly, high energy and fast-paced environment where every day will be different.
