Job Title: Registry and Student Services Officer

Location: Central London

Hours: 9-5pm - 35 hours per week

Working pattern: 2-3 days onsite - hybrid

Join one of the most renowned global research higher education institutes in Central London as the Registry and Student Services Officer. You will play a crucial role in managing postgraduate taught programs, overseeing student recruitment, progression, and assessment processes, while ensuring compliance with quality assurance regulations.

As a Registry and Student Services Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handle student administration, including timetabling and record-keeping.
  • Maintain accurate program information and distribute student handbooks.
  • Support students with official requests and manage assessment processes.
  • Provide secretarial support to student committees and examination boards.
  • Coordinate student registration and international induction programs.
  • Liaise with the University for graduation ceremonies and certificate issuance.
  • Ensure adherence to University policies and health and safety regulations.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Experience in higher education administration e.g. Registry, Programmes or a similar area
  • Proficiency in SITs or other student information system and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience dealing with student enquiries
