Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Resident Services Officer for a private client based in West London.

In this role, you will provide front line support to residents, ensuring efficient and high-quality housing services through good customer service and coordination of neighbourhood management tasks.

Key Duties:

  • Provide reception services, address tenant inquiries, and redirect queries to relevant teams.
  • Coordinate and manage tenancy-related tasks, including mutual exchanges, tenancy visits, and Right to Buy applications.
  • Maintain and update essential housing management information, including creating welcome packs and scheduling inspections.
  • Handle administrative duties such as processing post, managing requests, and supporting the delivery of project work.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, both face-to-face and via telephone/email.
  • Strong administrative skills, including handling correspondence, managing databases, and processing tenancy-related documentation
  • Experience in coordinating tasks related to tenancy management, such as mutual exchanges, tenancy visits, and compliance monitoring.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

What's on offer:

Salary: £17+per hour

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
