Some of your duties will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for any complaints that are received
- Identifying where cases can be easily resolved and going through complaint process
- Contacting complainants when disputes are raised and providing initial advice
- Responding to all telephone enquiries, emails and correspondence received
- Taking steps to decline, resolve or initially accept cases
- Moving complaints through investigation process adhering to timelines and quality standards
