The Client

Their beautiful showroom is based in the design hub of London, and the business is renowned for crafting statement pieces for customers around the world. The Role

They are a team of 10-strong, and are looking for a proactive, methodical, and outgoing Sales Administrator who is experienced in the interior design space. In this role, you'll work closely with the founder and designers to ensure visitors and clients are supported, you'll offer expert advice on collections, manage the studio, update systems and process orders, create social media content, and support with business development and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
  • Preparing and managing quotations and order processing
  • Providing expert advice on collections to clients
  • Keeping the CRM system updated with essential details on trade accounts
  • Following up with clients and conducting account check-ins
  • Hosting showroom visitors and ensuring the showroom is always in excellent condition
  • Managing the sampling process for clients
  • Creating engaging content for social media
  • Supporting the business development team with various initiatives
