Day-to-day of the role:
  • Produce and follow up on quotes sent to customers, ensuring timely responses and updates.
  • Engage with prospective customers through follow-up emails to nurture leads and qualify them for the sales team.
  • Schedule and book appointments for the sales team, coordinating with both team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including updating spreadsheets and managing lead information.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all sales-related data is up-to-date and accessible.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with both team members and customers.
