Day-to-day of the role:- Produce and follow up on quotes sent to customers, ensuring timely responses and updates.
- Engage with prospective customers through follow-up emails to nurture leads and qualify them for the sales team.
- Schedule and book appointments for the sales team, coordinating with both team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including updating spreadsheets and managing lead information.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all sales-related data is up-to-date and accessible.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with both team members and customers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and email management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and driven approach to work, with a focus on process and structure.
- Common sense and the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and challenges.
