We are seeking candidates who are available immediately for both long and short-term assignments. Do you have excellent administration skills, including data inputting, written and verbal communication, and the ability to cope well under pressure? While school admin support is not essential, it is desirable.

Working in a school, whether primary or secondary, can be incredibly rewarding and challenging. As a Receptionist/Administrator, your role will vary depending on the size of the school, but you can expect to support all team members, work towards common goals, and ensure the safeguarding of all pupils. You will also need to be respectful to parents, staff, and visitors.

Skills and experience you will have:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Methodical and well-organised
  • Able to work accurately and pay attention to detail
  • Confidence with figures
  • Good ICT skills
  • Able to relate well with pupils, teachers, and parents
  • Able to prioritise work
  • Sensitivity and understanding

Safeguarding Training: You will be required to undertake Reed Safeguarding training online. An Enhanced DBS will be required, and we can assist you with the application process.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, term-time only (flexible)
  • Hours can be between 8/8:30 AM to 4/4:30 PM
