Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting the education sector? �? We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Support professional to join our team and provide essential assistance to our Heads of Year and Senior Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and edit student data in the SIMS (School Information Management System). This includes updating records, recording absences, and managing information for cashless catering. ??
  • Filing: Maintain organised student records and correspondence, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible.
  • First Aid Duties: Provide first aid to students and staff, with formal training in First Aid at Work provided. Ensure student medication is stored safely and regularly reviewed. ??
  • Administrative Tasks: Support Senior Staff and Heads of Year with letter production, copying, and other general administrative duties as directed. This may also include assisting in the recruitment process when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proven record of administrative efficiency, attention to detail, and strong word processing abilities.
  • Experience with SIMS: Familiarity with the School Information Management System is essential for maintaining student data integrity.
  • First Aid Training: While experience is a plus, formal training in First Aid at Work will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for those looking to expand their skills.
