Envision Education are currently looking to appoint a School Administrator for a located in Ealing to undertake placements from as soon as possible. The ideal Administrator would have experience within a school setting and overall will be responsible for overseeing the schools operations, including the curriculum development, budget management and strategic planning.

The role:

  • Be able to confidently answer phone queries and direct inquiries
  • Administrator to Senior Leadership Team
  • To provide effective admin support to the senior leadership team
  • Understanding of SIMS
  • Managing emails, posts and researching & writing reports
  • Have knowledge in using IT Systems such as to draft letters and newspapers etc
  • Maintaining financial records and keeping paper/electronic records up to date
  • Ordering resources, paying invoices and banking cash
  • Informing the Department of Education (or equivalent) of key educational data about the school
  • Handling queries and complaints
  • Organising events

Requirements:

  • As school Administrator you are required to have experience in a School
  • Available to work Full time, Monday to Friday for 8:30-4pm
  • Be flexible but also methodical and well-organised
  • Be willing to commit to the role long term
  • Have a valid child only or enhanced DBS or willing to apply for one
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Able to work accurately and pay attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • SIMS Experienced
