Here at Academics we are currently working with a fantastic faith school based in the borough of Westminster to recruit a part time School Finance Administrator. The role would suit an experienced School Finance Administrator who would like to work on a part time basis.

The role offered is 20 hours per week and the school can be flexible on the days and hours worked to fit you schedule. The school is a very friendly, successful school where staff and children thrive. The school has strong links to the local Catholic Church and children enjoy regular visits.

There is a small but very efficient school office team in place who are ready to help you settle into your role. This role would suit a Finance Administrator with good working knowledge of Arbour and the following duties;

  • Placing orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Processing payments
  • Approving timesheet
  • Receiving orders and reporting differences immediately
  • VAT returns - first week of the month
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Budget monitoring

Process accruals

  • Budget setting
  • Process Year End
  • Payroll
