The schools we work with are based throughout West London and are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join their dedicated support team in a variety of roles, including:

- School Administrator

- Finance Officer

- School Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the school. Depending on the position, duties may include:

- Managing and updating pupil data, generating reports, and supporting with admissions and attendance systems.- Assisting with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure efficient use of resources.- Overseeing the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the school, ensuring compliance with regulations.- Supporting the recruitment, training, and well-being of staff, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring HR policies are followed.Required Skills- Relevant experience in a school or educational setting is essential- Strong organisational and communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management systems (e.g., SIMS) is highly desirable.- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the school.
