My client, one of the TOP TEN law firms in the world, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal PA/Secretary to prove themselves in this busy Antitrust team. This is a highly organisational and administrative role, to assist a Partner and Counsel with their busy workload.

Candidates must have at least 5 years Legal Secretary/PA experience at Partner level in a similar environment.

  • Hybrid Policy = 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
  • Benefits include 30 days holiday

Duties

  • Actively manage Fee Earner's diaries
  • Extensive global travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Manage in-boxes
  • Document processing, creating and amending Legal documents and correspondence, proof reading, etc.
  • Liaising with Clients
  • Manage the billing process
  • Deal with expenses
