We are seeking a Senior Project Administration & Client Relations professional for a maternity cover position. This role is crucial for providing administrative support to our creative team and managing client relations effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in project administration or executive assistance, with strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to the creative team.
- Schedule meetings and trips efficiently.
- Handle data entry using tools like Airtable, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Prepare client pitches and organise client information meticulously.
- Manage digital assets and upload videos on Airtable.
- Attend Zoom meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Plan and run weekly meetings to ensure smooth operations.
- Support legal and HR tracking, issuing, and recording contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A creative background and familiarity with CAD would be beneficial.
- Experience with project administration or executive assistance.
- Proficient in using Airtable, Excel, and Google Sheets.
