- Accurately recording required client details in the database
- Providing application support
- Allocating cases to Case Managers
- Respecting boundaries when offering general, basic, and regulated advice
- Offering a non-judgemental and empathetic ear to callers
- Managing financial administration and reconciliation
- Respecting and meeting rigid deadlines
- Supporting other projects carried out by the Welfare team, such as Wellbeing Talks, Health Calendar, and monthly newsletter composition
- Minimum 12 months of people facing or office admin experience
- Must be willing to work fully remote with the expectations of travelling to London as and when required
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Tech savvy being proficient with Microsoft 365
