- Front line for all incoming calls (300 per day)
- Meeting and greeting candidates at the office (5 - 10 per day)
- Preloading candidates into the CRM system (this is done automatically but there are parts we do manually in addition)
- CV formatting (5 – 10 per day – busier when permanent hiring picks up again)
- Posting and refreshing job adverts
- Requesting, chasing, and loading employment references
- Preparing confirmation of employment letters for candidates
- Sending and loading skill testing results
- Completing Right to Work checks
- Scanning right to work documents and other paperwork
- Managing the running of the office – ordering supplies, managing facilities, liaising with landlord and cleaner, taking deliveries, clearing meeting rooms
- Providing backup support to cover payroll tasks during periods of staff annual leave
- Support with external events as well as internal team events, birthdays etc.
- Minimum of one year of administration experience
- Great understanding of Microsoft office products
- Experience managing a shared inbox
- High attention to detail
