We are looking for a Team Administrator to join a leading international law firm based in the heart of the City of London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a busy team!
This is a full time, permanent position. Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm. Salary up to £30k. You are required to work 5 days in the office as you'll be the point of contact for PAs and lawyers in the firm!
Duties include:- Answering and responding to all requests (email and phone)- Assisting the secretarial team with PA tasks including diary management, billing and general administration- Time recording and opening matters- Filing, photocopying, distributing documents and scanning- Other tasks as and when required
To be considered for this role you must be someone with excellent communication skills, great at building relationships and someone who takes real pride in their work.
You must be IT efficient including sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. CILEX qualification is highly desired.
Previous legal administration or team assistant experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a must to be considered.
