A unique opportunity for a disciplined, organised Administrative Assistant to join one of the world's fastest growing hedge funds. If you can picture yourself being part of a bustling, close-knit administrative team in the heart of the action of the trading floor, this could be the ideal next move. With no two days being the same, you could be on-boarding a new trader one minute, securing an events venue the next! We will need to see a minimum of 3 years office experience gained in a fast-paced setting (financial services experience being ideal) 

Typical duties could include:

  • Managing international travel & accommodation bookings
  • Processing multi-currency expenses
  • Being the 'go-to' person for admin requests from a wide pool of traders
  • Booking meeting rooms and ordering marketing materials
  • Support in the preparation of PowerPoint and other client related documents
  • Working alongside the Operations Manager on office projects (e.g. re-locations, supplier audits, new supplier research)
  • Organising office socials
  • Ordering equipment and consumables
  • On-boarding and off-boarding staff across all areas, including office inductions.
