Our client, a boutique Investment Bank, are looking to hire an Team Assistant to join their team!This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to join a leading Financial Services company and kick start their EA career.Role: Team Assistant / Junior PA Where: West End When: Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:00 / 3 days in officeSalary: £32,000 - £38,000 + bonusWhat you'll do:
  • Manage monthly expense reimbursement and accounts reconciliation for team 
  • Diary management for team
  • Meeting coordination, including scheduling and setting up virtual meetings
  • Booking international travel arrangements for team members 
  • Photocopying, printing and binding of documents
  • CRM administration and maintenance 
  • Telephone coverage taking messages and screening calls 
  • Ad hoc administrative duties and team projects
  • Holiday covering for other admin assistants and EA's when needed
What you need:
  • Minumum 1 years experience within an administrative position
  • Previous experience within a corporate company
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Understanding of all MS Packages and Salesforce 
  • Fantastic telephone manner 
  • Can think on their feet without a lot of direction
