- Manage monthly expense reimbursement and accounts reconciliation for team
- Diary management for team
- Meeting coordination, including scheduling and setting up virtual meetings
- Booking international travel arrangements for team members
- Photocopying, printing and binding of documents
- CRM administration and maintenance
- Telephone coverage taking messages and screening calls
- Ad hoc administrative duties and team projects
- Holiday covering for other admin assistants and EA's when needed
- Minumum 1 years experience within an administrative position
- Previous experience within a corporate company
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Understanding of all MS Packages and Salesforce
- Fantastic telephone manner
- Can think on their feet without a lot of direction
