Team Assistant / Receptionist

Location: Hybrid (4 days in City of London, 1 from home)Salary: Up to £35,000

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a background in insurance? We are seeking a Team Assistant to join our dynamic and forward-thinking insurance syndicate.

In this key role, you’ll support the Chief Group of Staff and all departments, ensuring seamless coordination across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the EA and operational teams.
  • Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
  • Preparing documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
  • Rotation of Front of House with the other Team Assistant 2 days on Front Desk / 2 days on the office floor.

About You:

  • Financial Service or Insurance background is crucial for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail.
