A global trading and investment company require a Team Assistant on an ongoing temporary basis to provide support to Chief Human Resources Officer and small HR team.
The duties:
- Diary management-arranging meetings internally and externally-across time zones
- Travel arranging-international, including hotels and transport
- Handling invoices and expenses
- Typing and amending documents and presentations when required
- Assisting with project support when required
- Provide support on HR Administration, such as absence management, employment reference letters, right to work checks and overtime reports
- Answering and transferring calls, gate keeping when required
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar team support role
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate MS Office skills- Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail, proactive and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Hold high levels of discretion
