- Diary and calendar management for Managing Directors
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Managing high volume of emails and relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and video conferences across multiple locations
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including visa applications, international flights, accommodation, and car bookings
- Expense management and preparation
- Invoice processing
- Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
- Supporting teams with day-to-day issues, needs, and queries
- Providing phone/holiday coverage for colleagues
- Admin functions such as updating attendance and other team admin tasks
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills with a proactive attitude towards managing diaries and logistics
- Ability to manage competing, time-sensitive priorities and tasks
- Demonstrates dependability, high attention to detail, and strong multitasking abilities
- Consistently professional communication skills in person, on the phone, via Zoom, and by email at various levels
