- Executive support for two internationally-located Managing Directors
- Complex diary management, including scheduling internal and external appointments
- Coordinating all travel arrangements with full itineraries, transfers and accommodation
- Expense reporting and reconciliation
- Preparation for meetings and development of post-meeting reports
- Adhoc support across the office for other team members in collaboration with the Business Support team
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, organisational and project management skills
- Strong capability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative approach with a proactive attitude
