Team EAWe are seeking a proactive and collaborative Team EA to join a leading, independent global Financial Services business, based in London HQ. This multi-faceted role will be responsible for supporting two international MDs, in addition to broader activities across the business. You will join a high-performing Business Support team, within a connected and vibrant culture. To be successful in this role, you will have high attention to detail, strong communication skills and be a team player.Location: London (West End)Role Type: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £45-55K Office Hours: 8am to 6pm – three WFH days per monthWHAT YOU’LL DOReporting to the Operations Manager, the key responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Executive support for two internationally-located Managing Directors
  • Complex diary management, including scheduling internal and external appointments
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements with full itineraries, transfers and accommodation
  • Expense reporting and reconciliation
  • Preparation for meetings and development of post-meeting reports
  • Adhoc support across the office for other team members in collaboration with the Business Support team
WHO YOU AREThis role will suit a collaborative, proactive and intuitive individual, with a highly professional approach and ability to multitask effectively. You will have:
  • Proficiency in MS Suite
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail, organisational and project management skills
  • Strong capability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative approach with a proactive attitude

Office hours are 8am to 6pm, with flexibility to WFH three days/month.
