- Assist with typing documents from a variety of sources
- Answer the phone, transfer calls and take accurate messages for the team
- Update and maintain the CRM system with client details
- Process client payments
- Save documents onto the system
- Process and track invoices
- Proven experience in a PA / Team Sec role
- Must have experience working in corporate environment. Ideally Accountancy but otherwise Professional Services.
- Excellent attention to detail

- Able to work to deadlines
