About:

This company is an independant firm of commercial and living real estate investment advisors made up of Chartered Surveyors incl equity partners. This is divided into 2 main Teams - Industrial and Land transactions and Office & Living Transactions (A new residential on commercial landlord scale)

Specific Tasks:

  • Cover the Office & Living Team PA role on Fridays (non-working day of Team PA)
  • Range of PA tasks - organising meetings, formatting documents, running credit reports, booking travel, expenses. Very limited call answering, report formatting, no minute taking
  • Support COO with diary management - minimal workload
  • Compliance - supporting the COO with anti-money laundering administration. Researching companies and the people behind, running credit checks, completing template form, collating information and dates.
  • Holiday cover for other two PA's
  • Potential opportunity (once established) to take responsibility for Equity Partners diaries in due course
  • Format fortnightly Team meeting power point presentations
  • Update the company websites media wall
  • Assist the research of Living property transactions (Rightmove house prices for example)
  • Manage the two meeting rooms and meet and greet guests and drinks
  • Take responsibility for c. 5 office subscriptions
