Greenwich Council are currently recruiting for a Temporary Accommodation Placement Officer to join their team on a contracted basis. The role will involve providing administrative support to the Temporary Accommodation Officers and Managers.

Main Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support, including creating and terminating tenancies and handling a high volume of phone calls.
  • Assist with tenancy sign-ups for clients on a daily basis, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage and prioritise tasks to meet service requirements, working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, landlords, and external organisations to ensure quality service delivery.
