Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for two L&D Administrator's to join their law firm client's London office on a temporary basis. This role is set to start ASAP and will include the following tasks:

  • managing the London L&D training schedule events calendar
  • creating and monitoring attendance lists, running training attendance reports and inputting, updating and maintaining the attorney training records
  • liaising with external providers, setting up meetings, monitoring contracts and ensuring prompt payment of invoices
  • monitoring the smooth running of the Firm's mentoring programme and running reports as required
  • attending meetings with other business service teams to ensure an effective exchange of information
  • creating, updating and following the L&D work flows
  • monitoring the L&D mailbox and responding to queries in an efficient and professional manner

The successful candidate will be prepared to develop a good understanding of the legal industry and the regulatory requirements that lawyers are subject to. They will have a strong interest in the learning and development function.

This role will be based in the office 3-4 days a week with the working hours of 9.30am - 5.30pm.
