Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting students? Join our dynamic team as an Undergraduate Administrator within a STEM faculty. You'll work closely with the Teaching Operations Manager and Senior Undergraduate Administrator to provide vital support to our students and academic staff. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, as you'll split your time between front-facing student support and back-office administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the Undergraduate Office.

As the Undergraduate Administrator you will be required to:

  • Provide day-to-day support for students and staff in the department.
  • Assist with coursework submissions, event administration, and purchasing.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for queries, ensuring a positive student experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a supportive work environment.

To be successful in the role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in higher education administration and student facing role.
  • Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
