Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN ) - Neuro Rehabilitation Hospital
Location: Clapham, South West London (SW16)
Salary: £43,742 - £50,056 per annum (including paid breaks)
Hours: Full Time and Part Time options available (choose from 24, 36, 42, or 48 hours per week)
Shifts: Choose from Days Only (8am - 8pm), Nights Only (8pm - 8am), or mixed rotational shifts

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered General Nurse ( RGN ) with neurorehabilitation experience to join the friendly team as Clinical Lead. We are looking for nurses who are passionate about making a real difference in patient care. Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN ) you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care within our Neuro Rehabilitation Service and your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring nursing staff to ensure excellent care standards.
- Providing expert clinical guidance and developing individualised care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
- Identifying training needs and supporting staff development.
- Managing risk and ensuring patient safety.
- Participating in audits and using data to drive service improvement.
Requirements
- Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
- Full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Experience in neurorehabilitation or stroke units is preferred.
- Experience with PEG feeding and tracheostomy care is desirable.
- Ventilation experience is beneficial, though not essential.
