Clinical deputy manager c £55/60k South London Our client is a beautiful, stunning and purpose built medium sized care home close to Battersea with a superb reputation and Good CQC and we are seeking a highly skilled very experiencedclinician (RGN/RMN) with a passion for dementia careto lead the delivery of excellent care to residents on day shifts some of which will be supernumerary on a 40 hour week

This is a superb role for an experiencedclinical lead nurse or clinical deputy looking for the nextstep in a growingand very wellregarded care home group that has fantastic training and development

Working alongside a clinical lead nurse youll report directly to the home manager and your key responsibilities will include:


Duties
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the care home
Supervise staff members and ensure adherence to care plans and guidelines
Assist in developing and implementing care plans for residents
Collaborate with the Manager to maintain high standards of care delivery
Provide support and guidance to nursing and care staff Dealing with staff rotas, assisting with recruitment and onboarding Ensure team has relevant skills and training
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents

Skills
- Clinically qualified with a valid NMC Pin Number --Experience in clinical care managing or supervising in a care home or nursing home setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Knowledge of senior care practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
