The Publicity Assistant will support on a range of press and media campaigns and events, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the press office. They will work closely with each member of the Raw PR team to help with the planning and execution of press campaigns, as well overseeing general administrative duties. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

-    Monitoring, distributing and filing press coverage
-    Managing press lists and databases
-    Managing press image libraries and photo captioning
-    Preparing and maintaining press reports and meeting notes 
-    Assisting with press campaigns as required (aided by a Senior Publicist)
-    Drafting and/or distributing press releases as required
-    Contributing creative ideas 
-    Ticket request management, allocation and booking
-    Attending and assisting at press events including press/gala nights, and photocalls 
-    Organising meetings and managing team diaries
-    Updating Raw PR social media channels and website
-    Ad hoc office admin - ordering stationery and IT equipment as required 
 

PERSONAL SPEC

-    Attention to detail is essential
-    Experience or a passion for theatre, culture and entertainment
-    Experience in an administrative and/or press/marketing role
-    Reliability and discretion
-    Excellent communication skills
-    Great organisation and time management skills 
-    Has initiative
