Join a leading engineering consultancy business who are looking to bring in support to their Talent Attraction team. They are pioneers in employer branding and talent marketing, both locally and globally, driving success through strategic storytelling.  

Reed Marketing and Creative are seeking a talented Copywriter to join their team on a freelance basis. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that attracts top talent and showcases their culture and values. Your work will span various projects and regular content, with briefs tailored to your availability and skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging copy for recruitment campaigns, including emails, website content, and digital ads.
  • Write captivating social media captions for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate on the conceptualisation of brand campaigns for multiple platforms.
  • Create authentic, engaging blog posts by developing prompts and working with employee-generated content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and social channels.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing talent attraction marketing copy for multiple channels.
  • Expertise in copywriting for talent marketing, employer branding, and digital marketing.
  • Understanding of employer branding and its impact on shaping a diverse and inclusive organisation.
  • Experience in creating copy for social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and requirements.
