We are exclusively partnering with a renowned organisation dedicated to supporting and celebrating the television industry.

They provide an excellent platform for professionals, academics, and enthusiasts to connect, share insights, and stay ahead of the latest developments in broadcasting, production, and digital media.

Working closely with the Director of Business Development, this role sits within the team who are responsible for delivering education programmes and online learning within the TV and Streaming Media industry.

This role is all about keeping things running smoothly-handling admin tasks, managing accounts, interacting with customers, and making sure projects stay on track while turning prospects into clients.

Duties include -

  • Order Processing: Manage sales orders efficiently.
  • Customer Records: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Sales Reports: Generate and analyse performance data.
  • Admin Support: Handle scheduling, correspondence, and documents.
  • CRM Use: Manage customer data and track sales activities.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work with digital teams on key events.
  • Product Approvals: Oversee design and approval of marketing materials.
  • Sales Metrics: Track and report performance using spreadsheets.
  • Customer Support: Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and issues.
