From briefing campaigns to strategizing digital solutions, you’ll be the glue that holds everything together - with a smile, of course.
What You’ll Be Doing- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, translating their needs into digital magic
- Managing multi-channel digital campaigns - from websites to social, email, and beyond
- Keeping projects on time, on budget, and on point
- Working closely with designers, developers, and strategists to create impactful work
- Identifying opportunities for growth, upselling, and ensuring clients feel the love
- Reporting on campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations
- 2+ years of experience in digital account management or client services
- A solid understanding of digital marketing, web projects, and social media campaigns
- Project management skills that would make an air traffic controller jealous
- Top-tier communication skills - you can explain complex digital concepts in a clear way
