One of our clients, a leading supplier of food packaging products, is seeking a new field-based account manager to oversee and expand their existing distributor accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase Sales: Drive sales growth across new distribution channels and at the end-user level
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with and report to the Commercial Director to formulate a clear strategy for increasing market share, adhering to agreed pricing structures, and maintaining Group profitability expectations.
- Brand & Digital Support: Enhance brand and digital strategies to maximise the potential of the brand and product range, particularly our flagship dispensing systems and refills.
- Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review the customer base and our strategic approach, contributing to the company with innovative ideas and new concepts.
- Team Support: Assist other field sales and internal colleagues as needed.
A full, clean driving license is required for this position.
