Performance Account ManagerLocation: UK, London Length: 6 months Rate: £27.88 p/h (Inside IR35) Hours: 40 hours per weekThe Performance Account Manager will play a key role in executing tasks within the scope of larger projects, helping to evaluate business needs and challenges. You will assist in identifying opportunities for marketing, sales, distribution, and business expansion. This position requires working collaboratively with various teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to execute market strategies and drive new customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities:
  • Task Execution:
Execute tasks under the guidance of a manager within the framework of larger projectsEvaluate business needs and challenges to identify opportunities for marketing, sales, and business expansionDevelop project plans, and identify tasks, dependencies, and next steps based on team and organizational context
  • Communication & Reporting:
Craft clear, fact-based oral and written communications for stakeholders, presenting analytical findings in a cohesive storyCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and clarify sales, business, or product-related questionsInterpret and communicate insights from deep data analysis, offering strategic and tactical recommendations to stakeholders
  • Strategic Support:
Assist in refining product or sales strategies based on stakeholder feedback.Work cross-functionally with teams to operationalize product or sales strategiesSupport sales, marketing, and product teams in executing market strategies for pipeline generation and new customer acquisition
  • Collaboration & Partnership:
Work collaboratively in a team setting, sharing knowledge on timelines, progress, and emerging issuesBuild and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various functions (Sales, Product, Finance) to influence business solutionsSupport strategic initiatives and processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing expectations
  • Efficiency & Process Improvement:
Identify operational efficiencies by combining process optimization and technologyContinuously learn from mistakes and explore new approaches to problem-solving
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
Develop a foundational understanding of market-specific nuances and decision-making principlesAcquire knowledge of structure, tools, and processesBuild awareness in the targeted business community and its productsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Customer Research:
Strong knowledge of customer organizations, industries, competition, and end-customers
  • Data-Driven Analysis:
Experience in analysing and reporting on technical and financial dataAbility to use data to differentiate and position our client's products, services, and solutions effectively
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across teams and functionsStrong interpersonal skills to develop working relationships outside your immediate team
  • Sales & Business Strategy:
Understanding of sales processes and the ability to operationalize sales and product strategiesAbility to communicate data-driven insights and influence decision-making
  • Project Management:
Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks under guidance, prioritizing effectively
  • Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with tools, processes, and systems is a plusPreferred Qualifications:
