Job Description: Job Duties:- Lead and support business development, work winning, and bidding functions
- Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with key existing and prospective clients
- Take technical responsibility for structural engineering design delivery on a range of projects
- Support the development and growth of the structural engineering team
- Degree qualified
- Chartered Structural Engineer
Degree in Structural Engineering or related field
Experience:A good level of previous engineering design experience is essential
Knowledge and Skills:- Skilled at collaborative working
- Proven capability in technically delivering Civil and Structural engineering projects
Additional certifications or training related to structural engineering
Working Conditions:Office-based with occasional site visits required
Full-time hours, with potential for overtime during project deadlines
