About the Role
We are seeking an Associate or experienced Senior Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in:
- Structural, Bridge, or Heavy Civil Engineering
- Permanent and Temporary Works
- Rail industry projects (CRE – Civils and Structures)
You’ll take a lead role in managing and delivering successful projects, working alongside multi-disciplinary teams, and contributing to the growth of the business by building client and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and direction to project teams.
- Manage projects to deliver excellent outcomes for clients.
- Fulfil the CRE role (Civils and Structures) in Rail schemes.
- Develop innovative solutions for both temporary and permanent works design.
- Play a key role in expanding the team’s capabilities and business growth.
About You:
- Chartered Engineer with 8–15 years of experience in civils, heavy civils, structural, or bridge design.
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and projects.
- Demonstrated CRE (Civils and Structures) experience in Rail schemes (or working towards).
- Skilled in mentoring and supporting team members to develop their potential.
- Experienced in using computational software for engineering design.
- Passionate about building strong client relationships and business development.
