Salary: 50,000 - 60,000, depending on experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a hands-on role in commissioning and ensuring the smooth operation of Building Management Systems (BMS) on various commercial and residential projects. You will be part of a growing company known for delivering high-quality, innovative building control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and configuring BMS systems, ensuring their performance meets design specifications and operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues or discrepancies during commissioning.
- Collaborating with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure effective system integration.
- Completing site surveys and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring the system operates efficiently.
- Perform testing, calibration, and troubleshooting for BMS components, including controllers, sensors, and actuators.
- Prepare and submit detailed commissioning reports and documentation.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer or similar role, with expertise in HVAC systems and building controls.
- Proficiency with BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Honeywell, Siemens, etc.) and related software.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of industry standards, health, safety, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive and solution-driven attitude.
- Full UK driving license
- Must have the right to work in the UK
