My client is seeking a highly skilled Smart Buildings Commissioning Engineer. In this critical field-based role, covering London and the Southeast and supported by their local team, you will deliver key projects using the latest technologies across various sectors including commercial offices, healthcare, and data centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning of BMS and Control systems as outlined by the Project Manager.
  • Software Strategies and Graphics Engineering: Develop and implement your own software strategies and graphics for BMS.
  • Technical Support: Perform physical wiring checks, plant start-ups, and provide technical support to other trades and sub-contractors.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system defects to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

  • Commissioning Experience: Proven experience in commissioning BMS and Control systems, particularly with Siemens PX and Trend IQ4 controls.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and reporting skills to maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.
