Compliance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Northwest London - up to 26,000

Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based on a large site in Northwest London has arisen.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Compliance Engineer to work on a static site in Northwest London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Northwest London to the Regents Park area.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client side equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Compliance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Legionella (L8), HVAC, Water treatment and experience with helping out with Plumbing/Mechanical and Electrical on site. In return the company are offering a salary up to 26,000 with overtime, discretionary bonus and training.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • PPM's and Reactive works
  • Basic Fabric repairs
  • Assisting with Mechanical & Electrical repairs
  • Monthly emergency light tests
  • Daily flushing and tap temperatures
  • Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
  • Updating site log books
  • Provide further works reports where required
  • Completing all works to a high standard

Required Skills:

  • Industry Qualifications
  • Working experience in a HVAC or Building Services environment
  • Other preferable skills: Mechanical, basic electrical, basic plumbing and basic fabric experience.
  • Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
