We are currently searching for a Computational Geometry Engineer to join a rapidly growing SaaS business. The role provides flexibility with the ability to work remotely if outside of the London region.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the improvement of geometric algorithms.
- Optimising performance of existing algorithms.
- Implementing new solutions in consideration of customer requirements.
- Ensuring assistance and cooperation with the customer success team in regard to client projects when a requirement.
Requirements
- An ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering and geometry.
- A Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experiences in introducing solutions to geometric problems.
- Experiences or examples of previous work in computational geometry.
- Algorithm optimisation and knowledge of algorithms with an ability to develop algorithms.
- Experiences with JAVA.
- Version control systems experience GIT.
- Problem-solving with great organisation skills.
- CAD Software package experiences.
- Ideal candidate will also have exposure to 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing.
