Can you be in North London and Manage Contracts to ensure right design and standards are installed for small Fire Alarm Installs?

Role - Contract Manager/ Project Manager - Fire Alarm Systems/ Fire Detection/ AOV

• Project Manage multiple projects, design to standards, and work with team to ensure not over engineered and installed on time.
• Use Fire Designer skills too Design Fire Alarm solutions for Projects and ensure value engineering, so spec. not over designed
• Price, Schedule and deliver (Through team) Fire Alarm, AOV and related Projects
• Project Manager of £10k - £100,000 projects - refits and installation
• Increase profit margins on Projects
• Define Project scope and oversee simultaneous Projects
• Resource Planning and allocation of workforce as needed with Operations Manager, Install Manager and Project Manager
• Monitor Projects and make adjustments to project performance

Requirements for Project Manager/ Contracts Manager (Fire Alarm/ AOV)

• Preferably - Social Housing, Residential, Care homes
• Experience with Project Managing multiple Projects £10k - £100k
• Fire Alarm Systems Design skills too be able to specify or change designs to best solutions to meet contract customers requirements
• Fire Alarm Project Manager or Contract Manager (Fire detection and Alarms from Fire Alarm company (e.g. BAFE, FIA, NSI Gold)
• Can travel by train or car too North London (Near Arsenal Stadium)
