About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities management team in Canary Wharf. You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems within commercial properties, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers, and ventilation systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Work closely with clients to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Requirements:

  •  NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
  •  F-Gas Category 1 certification
  • Experienced with Downflow Units in particular
  • Proven experience in commercial HVAC maintenance.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
