This Geo-Environmental Consultancy based in London and with another office in the North of England are seeking a Graduate Engineering Geologist to join their specialist team. With a wide range of waste management and contaminated land projects to work on and a team of experts to train you, this is the perfect first role to kickstart your ground investigation career.

The Graduate Engineering Geologist selected for the position will work on a variety of ground investigation and contaminated land risk management, to familiarise with different challenges and techniques. You'll be contributing to Phase 1 Desktop studies, carrying out risk assessments, groundwater and gas monitoring, collecting soil samples for analysis and writing factual and interpretive reports.

The successful Graduate Engineering Geologist will therefore:

  • Have a degree in geology, earth sciences, environmental science, geography, environmental engineering or a heavily soil focussed subject.
  • Have exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Hold a valid UK Driving licence.
  • Be commutable to central London and surrounding areas for site work.
  • Willing to travel to sites and work in office.
  • Have a full right to work in the UK.
