This multi-disciplinary consultancy has established a strong reputation in the commercial and residential sectors, delivering high-quality services that drive repeat business. Operating across the South and up to Warwickshire, they are expanding their offerings by launching a Structural Engineering division. Due to this growth they are looking for a Structural Engineering expert to head up the department.
In the initial phase, you will be responsible for producing accurate designs and calculations for all incoming projects while establishing efficient processes and workflows for the department. As the department takes shape, you will play a key role in its growth, bringing in new team members and expanding its capabilities to support the company's continued success.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Structural Engineer with a Commercial and residential background working on a variety of projects, who is interested in setting up a team whilst working on elegant projects.

The Role:
* Working on Commercial and Residential projects
* Lead the Structural Engineering department, establishing processes and workflows.
* Liaising with clients to understand brief and produce innovative design solutions.
* Working with Tedds, Telka Structural Designer, AutoCAD
The Person:
* Civil or Structural engineering degree
* Ideally Chartered or working towards Chartership
* Experience working within the Residential and Commercial industry
* Proficient in any Structural Engineering software (Tedds, Telka Structural Designer, AutoCAD)
* Full UK drivers license
